Another Blue Box Day in Winnipeg

After numerous complaints to 311 (This is not a complaint towards 311 services staff; in all my dealings with 311 staff they have been very courteous.), with no action from city I decided to post these images of the problem in Winnipeg.
Since the City of Winnipeg started the Blue Box Recycling program our streets are accumulating a lot of trash, this year we had a sweeper come buy once and all the sweeper did was to move the dirt around.
The images below were taken today after they picked up the recyclables, for the third time this year they have forgotten my recyclables, it’s not all the service guy’s fault some clueless neighbors park their cars in front of the Blue Box.
As for the l recyclables he leaves behind, it’s the company’s fault for not allowing the workers enough time to accomplish their work.
